2. License
SemaBuzz for Windows is open-source software released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). You are free to use, modify, and distribute it under those terms. Any modified version distributed or run as a network service must also be released under AGPL-3.0.
The SemaBuzz Relay is open-source software released under the MIT license. The SemaBuzz Protocol is released under the AGPL-3.0 license. Their use is governed by those licenses.
3. No warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SemaBuzz to:
- Transmit content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skynr Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the software.
7. Updates
These terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Skynr Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
