Using SemaBuzz
SemaBuzz provides a private, real-time encrypted chat service. By using SemaBuzz (the Windows app or any associated service) you agree to these terms.
Minimum age. You must be at least 13 years old to use SemaBuzz.
License grant
Skynr Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the SemaBuzz Windows application on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or redistribute the application.

Acceptable use
You may use SemaBuzz for any lawful purpose. You may not use SemaBuzz to:
- Transmit content that is illegal under applicable law
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the relay service
- Use automated tools to generate or flood sessions
No warranty
SemaBuzz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, delivery of messages, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skynr Labs and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SemaBuzz.
Intellectual property
Skynr Labs owns all copyrights, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights associated with SemaBuzz. You may not use the SemaBuzz name, logo, or branding without our written permission.
Encryption & security
SemaBuzz uses end-to-end encryption. We cannot recover session content or encryption keys. You are responsible for the security of your own device and session links.
Termination
You may stop using SemaBuzz at any time by uninstalling the application. We may suspend or discontinue the relay service at any time for any reason. Sections on No Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SemaBuzz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
